WAYMARK is a Belgian independent bottling house, born from our passion for spirits with a true identity. We taste, compare and select only the profiles we genuinely want to drink and share. Liquid comes first. Always.
Independent by choice.
Independence gives us the freedom to choose an origin because it interests us, a cask because it convinces us and a profile because its typicity is clearly defined. A WAYMARK bottle does not need to fit a predetermined range. It simply has to earn its place.
Less storytelling. More substance.
The world of spirits loves a good story. So do we, when it is true. But no story can turn an ordinary spirit into a great bottle. We provide the context that matters: place of distillation, production method, maturation and where it took place, cask and bottling strength. Where an age statement is given, it refers to the youngest alcoholic component in the bottle. The rest is in the glass.
No artifice. No compromise.
We select only spirits with no added sugar, colouring, flavouring or other additives. We add nothing at bottling, except any water needed to reach the stated bottling strength. The profile we selected is the one we want to share. Design comes afterwards, to reveal that identity, never to manufacture it.
