Every WAYMARK bottle must have a reason to exist. We do not choose a spirit to fill a gap in a range, but because its personality deserves to be preserved and shared.

For every bottle, we publish all the verified information available to us: place of distillation, raw material, production method, dates or age statement, maturation locations, cask type, bottling strength, number of bottles, any reduction and filtration. Where an age statement is given, it refers to the youngest alcoholic component in the bottle. If a piece of information cannot be confirmed or disclosed, we say so clearly.

We select only spirits with no added sugar, colouring, flavouring or other additives. We add nothing at bottling, except any water needed to reach the stated bottling strength. No artificial hierarchy. No standardised profile. Every selection is a different expression of the house.
